1. Why are some items more expensive on Etsy than Shopify?
Etsy charges much higher processing fees than Shopify, so I have to price items accordingly. Thanks for your understanding!
2. When will my order ship?
Most items in my shop take about 7-10 business days to produce. Shipping time will depend on your local post office situation but assuming there are no delays on their end, most orders within the U.S. get delivered within a week. International orders can take anywhere between 2 – 6 weeks, barring any delays with customs. If there are orders taking more than 10 business days to produce, your order likely had failed quality testing and is being remade. Feel free to reach out so that I may help confirm that for you.
3. I received my package but it’s missing items. Where is the rest of my order?
Different products are made by different third-party print providers so if you’ve ordered multiple products, you will most likely be receiving everything in separate packages. Etsy’s system only allows me to send you one tracking # at a time. Let me know which items you’re missing, and I’ll send you the status/tracking info for the rest of your order!
4. Will this fit me?
Every garment listing should have a sizing chart in the photo gallery. The measurements listed are the measurements of the garment when laid flat. If you’re concerned about fit, what might help is for you to take a similar style from your closet, lay it flat and measure its length/width and compare that to the sizing the chart to see if something is comparable. If you're in between sizes, it's recommended to size up. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to me and I'll try to help you the best I can :)
5. Do you have social media I can tag you in for credit or follow to keep up with updates?

6. What is that shirt you’re wearing in the Hawks Belt Buckle listing?
This is a shirt that I’ve sewn from scratch! Unfortunately, I cannot offer cosplay commissions at this time.
7. I would like to cancel my order
I’m sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, as per the item listing description and my store policy, I cannot cancel orders and offer refunds. This is because every order is made-to-order from scratch by my third-party print providers. The only exception to this is if you message me about cancellation IMMEDIATELY after placing the order. That way, I am notified before entering the order into production. The reason this is so crucial is because after this point, both me and my print provider have spent money and resources on production. Since each order is made-to-order, this is a cost that cannot be recouped for a small business. I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!
8. Can I return or exchange my order for a different size?
I'm sorry to hear that the size you received didn't work out. Unfortunately, as per my store policy and the listing description, I cannot offer returns or exchanges. As mentioned, everything is made-to-order from scratch by my third-party print providers, so you would have to pay for shipping to have this sent to me (so you're better off keeping what you received) and then make a brand new order. If you reach out to me, I'll send you a 10% coupon to help make up for your trouble.
I know this policy is really frustrating, but as a small business I'm not able to offer otherwise. All of my garment listings should have sizing charts, and if you have any questions about it, I'm happy to answer questions as best I can (see #3) Thank you for your understanding!
9. My tracking number says my order has been delivered but I haven't actually received it. What's going on?
I'm really sorry to hear that! My best recommendation to you is to reach out to your local post office since they are the last ones to have their hands on it. I've had previous customers report missing packages, but then receive it upon contacting their local PO because they'll look for it and realize they didn't actually deliver it to the address. Unfortunately it appears the USPS sometimes scans their deliveries incorrectly. However, in the worst case scenario that the USPS is unable to help and that your package is truly missing/stolen, the most I can do on my end is to have another item remade free of charge, except you will have to cover the shipping cost. Please note, however, that since everything is made-to-order you'll have to wait for the item to be made from scratch again. Thank you for your understanding!
10. Why did you increase your prices?
Listings that have had price increases are items that have either had shipping costs and/or production costs increase that started during COVID due to supply chain and labor shortage challenges. Etsy has also increased seller transaction fees by 30% severely cutting into all profit margins (link). Thank you for your understanding!
